Angela Blum

Angela grew up in Medina Ohio, graduated from Medina High School and earned a BA in Psychology from Ohio University. She has experience in many industries over her working career; the common ingredient is service and support to others.

Angela started her career as a licensed Independent Insurance Agent servicing mostly Commercial Property/Casualty clients. She transitioned from Insurance to working for Hospice, and health care services where she assisted the company in obtaining an ANSI IACET certification. From there she worked part time as a receptionist at a local construction company until she started with Gerspacher Property Management.

Angela joined Gerspacher Property Management as an Administrative Assistant in 2021. Currently, she is the assistant to the Residential Property Manager, Maintenance Department Coordinator, and Activities Facilitator for Forest Meadows Villas. She also supports the Residential Property Manager with work-flow billing, accounts payable & receivable and assists the Residential Leasing Coordinator in the leasing department. Working with Gerspacher Property Management allows her flexibility to raise her 3 children while utilizing many of her skills and her desire to support others.

She lives in Medina, Ohio with her husband Tim and three children, Mikayla, Anna and Porter, and their family dog, Mellow.
