Brian grew up in Elyria and after graduating from Elyria Catholic High School he spent eight years in the United States Marine Corps. He graduated from Kent State University with an undergraduate degree in Business Management. Brian is the Founder and Director of Growth & Development at Sgt. Clean Car Wash.
Brian’s passion for real estate came from his time as a consultant at K. Hovnanian, Oster Homes and through Sgt. Clean Car Wash, where he has spearheaded all of the company’s acquisitions. Brian was introduced to the Gerspacher group while working on opportunities for Sgt Clean with Gerspacher Agent, Keith Keltner, and was immediately attracted to the company’s values and mission.
Brian is a proven, standout leader in the entrepreneurial world. His laser focus, infectious attitude and unwavering determination sets himself and his business apart from the competition.
Brian currently lives in Strongsville with wife and two sons. Brian enjoys spending time with family and friends along with playing golf and hockey, alongside his passion for all Cleveland sports teams.
