Christian Waite grew up in the Akron area before graduating from the University of Akron and moving to Cleveland. Before transitioning into real estate, Christian worked in steel sales, where he developed a strong foundation in relationship building, persistence, and understanding client needs. That experience also gave him firsthand insight into how industrial businesses operate, from supply chains to timing and space requirements, which he applies today to help clients make practical, informed real estate decisions. 

Christian is especially passionate about building genuine relationships and becoming a trusted resource for property owners, business owners, and investors. Whether it’s helping someone evaluate an opportunity or simply staying top of mind as a reliable contact, he takes pride in being someone people can count on. 

Originally being from Northeast Ohio, Christian enjoys being part of the local business community and contributing to its continued growth.
