Cody Sinclair

Cody Sinclair is a native of Wayne County, Ohio, and a graduate of Norwayne High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Ashland University before launching his career with Genuine Parts Company in Columbus, Ohio, where he served as a Distribution Center Service Manager.

In 2014, Cody returned to Wayne County with his wife, Ashleigh, to join the family business, Orlo Auto Parts, Inc (DBA NAPA Auto Parts). Over the next decade, he played a key role in managing and expanding 15 independently owned NAPA Auto Parts stores across Northeast Ohio. In 2018, he assumed full operational leadership from his father, and in 2024, made the strategic decision to sell the business, which had been family-owned and operated since 1955.

In 2025, Cody began exploring opportunities in commercial real estate and connected with Troy Gerspacher in Medina, Ohio. He joined Gerspacher Real Estate Group in May of 2025 as a Commercial Real Estate Agent. With a strong business background and firsthand experience as a business owner, Cody brings valuable insight into the needs and challenges entrepreneurs face when it comes to real estate decisions.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys spending time outside at his home in Smithville, Ohio, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
