Danny Kmitt joined Gerspacher Property Management in 2017 as a Maintenance Technician. He graduated from Cloverleaf High School and grew up all over Medina County. He specializes in plumbing with over 20 years’ experience and landscaping for over 15 years. In the past, he has worked in a myriad of jobs such as asphalt-seal coating, chemical warehouse, and even an antique shop where he renovated, upholstered, and built furniture.
