Dillon Swank is a licensed real estate agent who grew up in the Medina, Ohio area. While attending Kent State University, Dillon was heavily involved in Greek Life achieving Chapter President of the Year at the local and national level for Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Additionally, he led a $1.5M fundraising project and started a philanthropy event in support of men’s mental health. Now he focuses on assisting businesses with the sale and lease of commercial real estate by helping business owners, investors, and developers find the right opportunities to achieve their growth, relocation, or investment goals.

Dillon takes a relationship-first approach, drawing on his leadership and community involvement to deliver strategies that create long-term value for his clients.  Whether negotiating a lease, identifying development opportunities, or navigating market trends, Dillon is passionate about serving as a trusted resource and making the process clear and straightforward.

In his free time, Dillon enjoys Cleveland sports, live music, and continually learning to better serve his clients.
