Emily Faust

With more than twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, Emily has worked with a variety of corporate, social, and association clients on all aspects of their meeting and event execution.  As a Director of Global Accounts for HelmsBriscoe, she has always called herself the “Real Estate Agent of meeting planning”, focusing on matching her clients’ specifications for their meetings to hotels and venues across the globe.  In April of 2021, she made the decision to expand her career to commercial real estate, as working with business and property owners just made sense to her.  Emily attends the same church as Troy and has kids the same age.  Once she learned more about the Gerspacher way, she knew this was the direction she wanted to take with the right company to expand her career.  “Iron Sharpens Iron.”  Relationship-driven, Emily specializes in negotiations and being her client’s advocate.  She is detail-oriented and relentless, treating every transaction as if it were her own.  

She attended Hondros College for real estate and is working towards her CCIM designation.  She works with a variety of industrial clients, retail clients such as Bahia Bowls and NAPA Auto Parts and ABA Therapy, has experience with many multitenant retail and office spaces and has listed and sold many parcels of land.  

Originally from Pennsylvania, Emily graduated from Penn State University with a degree in hospitality management and played for the varsity field hockey team.  After 9 years in Pittsburgh, her husband’s job moved them to Medina in 2009.  She and Shaun were just going to give Northeast Ohio a “couple years” and now we have been happily rooted here for 15 years with our two boys, Tyler and Zach, and two boxer rescues, Callie and Willow.
