Heather Rohde

Heather Rohde started with Gerspacher Real Estate Group in 2019.  She worked with both the marketing team and property management team as she learned the industry.  In 2024, Heather elevated to Operations Manager where she will use her skills to create and hone processes to make Gerspacher Real Estate Group more efficient and effective. She will maintain her role assisting the Director of Property Management with Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and tenant management for all of the commercial properties, and Accounts Payable for our residential property management.

Heather has a background in production management with a group that worked on financial need analysis for private schools. Her strengths lie in process efficiency, problem solving, and numbers. While taking a break from “work” to raise three children, she continued to learn and grow by dedicating time to Treasurer positions with both her church and PTO. Gerspacher has made the transition back into the business world an easy one with an atmosphere that allows for putting family first. She resides in Medina with her husband, Tim and three children.
