James Gerspacher has been a real estate broker since 1971 when he returned from the Army and established the Gerspacher Realty Co. He continued in local and national residential real estate until 1993 when he moved to the commercial real estate venue and founded James Gerspacher Real Estate, Inc.

Jim was president of this very successful company until selling it to his nephew in 2007. Still active as an agent for Gerspacher Real Estate Group, Jim is recognized as a leader in Medina County for both his work in real estate and his community involvement.
