Jim Dalton

Jim (James) Dalton joined Gerspacher Real Estate Group in 2021. He is a Maintenance Technician for Gerspacher Property Management which serves Gerspacher Real Estate Group’s residential and commercial properties. He is a jack of all trades in the maintenance department with a specialty is woodworking, cabinetry and trim work.

Jim was the General Manager at J.A. Dalton Restoration Inc for over 19 years before going to Dynamerican Plumbing. He also acted as a Production Supervisor/Manager for Sandrige Food Corp. and worked with Cloverdale Foods as a Production Engineer and Safety Director.

Jim is happily married to Nancy since 1985. They have raised their four children, Kathleen, Sheamus, Ian and Aidan in Litchfield, Ohio where they have lived since 1990.
