Tim Shalala

Tim Shalala has been a licensed real estate agent since April 2025. He brings a diverse background in sales, entrepreneurship, and client services to the commercial real estate industry.

Before joining Gerspacher, Tim held inside and outside sales roles where he developed a strong track record in lead generation, strategic outreach, and relationship management. In 2023, he helped his wife launch a commercial cleaning boutique janitorial company. Tim actively enjoys hiking and trail running the various metro parks in the area. He and his wife have one son, and reside in Smithville, Ohio.
