Todd Gerspacher

Todd, a 3rd generation real estate agent, joins the company with an extensive background in construction, insurance, and property management. He began his career at the young age of 13 years old, helping his grandfather with construction projects. After graduating from Medina High school in 1989, he worked in the trades doing heating and cooling work, while working his way through college.

In 1995, Todd oversaw a 10 million dollar assisted living community built by his grandfather, learning to oversee large construction projects, to which he moved into help manage and operate the community after construction.

In 2000, he ventured into fire restoration joining Roth Construction, Cleveland, Ohio. There he was responsible for sales, estimating, negotiation with the insurance companies and project management of fire and water restoration projects ranging from $1000 to $500k.

After several years in the restoration side of the business, he moved into being a property claims adjuster for several insurance companies, handling both residential and commercial property damages. In 2010, Todd and Troy took over management of the family business, Forest Meadows Villas for their Grandfather. This retirement community had been in the family for almost 30 years at that point, they both dug in with Todd taking a lead and turned this community around to a thriving community today.

In 2016, the partnership purchased another property Elmwood Court Apartments Medina, Ohio, to which Todd oversaw the $500k restoration of the complex and then taking over the operations of that community. These units were sold in 2022 to TruRidge Properties. Recently, Gerspacher Property Management a division of Gerspacher Real Estate Group has begun management of multi-family communities for TruRidge and continuing the management of the Forest Meadows Villas with 191 units and a staff of 5.

Todd is married resides in Medina with his 2 children and 2 stepchildren.
