Gary Bilchik

Gary Bilchik is the Lead Service Technician and has been with Gerspacher Real Estate Group since 2017. He manages a team of maintenance technicians for Gerspacher Property Management which serves Gerspacher Real Estate Group’s residential and commercial properties.

He manages a team of maintenance technicians and oversees all of Gerspacher Real Estate Group’s residential and commercial properties. Gary is skilled in all areas of building maintenance with a specialty in HVAC.

Prior to joining Gerspacher Group, Gary worked with one of the largest suppliers of industrial gasses in America. He earned his OSHA 10 certificate and is certified in 600 Volt Electrical, Medical Brazing and Hospital Oxygen Installs and has obtained his Class B CDL.

Gary is originally from Campbell, Ohio where he lived for 35 years. In 2010, he moved to Medina, Ohio where he lives with his wife and daughter.
