Vinnie ciulla

A native of Medina County and graduate of Medina High School, Vinnie Ciulla has a strong connection and commitment to serving Northeast Ohio and its commercial real estate market. Vinnie holds a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Akron and has a decade of professional experience as a public educator in Medina, Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Portage counties.

In January of 2025, Vinnie completed Ohio’s pre-licensing requirements through Hondros College and earned his real estate license. In June 2025, Vinnie joined the Gerspacher Real Estate Group team armed with a professional background that has equipped him with exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills; all valuable qualities while guiding clients through various transactions with clarity and confidence. Vinnie is dedicated to his clients, aims to build strong relationships, and is committed to helping investors, business owners, and developers find the right opportunities to achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Vinnie enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Ally, and their two children, along with family and friends. As well as staying active through physical fitness, golfing, supporting Cleveland’s sports teams (even the Browns).
