Morgan Faunce found a new location for CTF Partners at the office building on Broadway.  1,700 SF is being renovated to suit the needs of the CTF staff and provide a fresh environment for the coming tax season.

Easter Seals Northern Ohio is relocating to 5041 Victor Drive, Suite A in Medina, Ohio.  Sam Tecca facilitated the lease of the 2,400SF office space only minutes from the I-71/SR-18 interchange. 

Morgan Faunce matched Edward Jones with a new space at Normandy Park. We look forward to having new neighbors in February of 2022.
